If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you received, please contact me for an exchange or a refund under the following conditions: *If you change your mind about an undamaged item and wish to return it, you, the buyer, will be responsible for the return shipping fees. You will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping charges (please note that although I ship orders over $35 at no charge to you, I do have to pay for a shipping label for every package I send out, and in the case of returns of undamaged items, the amount I paid for the shipping label to initially send your order will be deducted from your refund).  *Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. *In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, I'll request pictures of the damage and will work out a solution with you, you can either return it or I'll replace it, at my expense.
